Due to the COVID-19 second lockdown, we have closed our Canterbury shop according to the Government guidance for non-essential retail.
However, we would like to reiterate that we are functioning as normal via our online store and all orders will be processed as quickly as possible. With increased demand on courier services, there may be a longer delivery time than normal. ShoeMed would like to thank all of our loyal customers for supporting all small businesses such as ourselves during difficult times, be rest assured we are still here to help!
If you normally be visiting our Canterbury shop to be fitted by one of our trained staff - we can still help you but just in a different way now.
Feel welcome to call our shop to talk through your shoe requirements, we will be checking our phone messages every couple of days. You can also send an email to info@shoemed.co.uk. You can even include photographs of your feet and your current shoes along with details of what you are looking for, and one of our expert team members will give you a phone call to help. We can also offer a video consultation using Zoom, FaceTime or Whatsapp - let's use technology where available to help keep us all safe and active.
