The Finnamic range by Finn Comfort shoes is a collection of supportive rocker shoes. Finn Comfort rocker shoes helps to reduce the peak pressures caused by heel striking and dissipate the force across the entire foot. This helps to keep your feet comfortable for longer by applying less pressure on sensitive areas of the feet. By reducing the amount of pressure experiences, this can also help suffers of painful ankles, knees and back. The Finnamic Rocker sole is made from premium polyurethane, this highly shock absorbent material is only used in the best comfort shoes and provides more cushioning than most sports shoes. Medical questions
Morton neuroma usually affects the foot between the third and fourth toes. Symptoms experienced can include a shooting, stabbing and burning pain, or the sensation of a stone in your shoe. Wearing wide fitting shoes with a low heel and soft sole can help reduce the symptoms. Finn Comfort Finnamic’s offer a wide width fitting, supportive heel and a polyurethane sole for maximum cushioning.
The soft polyurethane sole makes Finn Comfort Finnamic’s suitable for plantar fasciitis. The sole rocker sole reduces the impact on the plantar fascia, helping the muscle to heal.
Finn Comfort shoes feature a removeable supportive cork footbed. This can be replaced with a new Finn Comfort footbed to keep feeling fresh, or be replaced with a custom orthotic or insert. Having removeable insoles prevents custom inserts and orthotics from shallowing out your shoes. All footbeds are different and therefore, ShoeMed recommends asking your health care professional about the appropriateness of Finn Comfort for your specific needs. In-store our trained shoe-fitters can assist you with finding footwear suited to your orthotics and foot-health needs.
Care and use guidelines
Taking care of your Finn Comfort shoes can help protect the materials and allow you to maximise the life of the shoe. Shoes made of premium leathers require regular care in-order to prevent damage and to help protect their appearance. Protecting leathers from dirt, moisture, drying out and road salts can help to maintain the quality and appearance of your shoes. Protective sprays and creams can help protect your shoes. The required protects vary by style and colour, contact our team for specific advice.
To maximise your footwear Finn Comfort recommends regally giving your shoes a break. By regularly switching between pairs it allows the shoes to correctly dry and cleanse from unwanted perspiration. Using shoe trees in your shoes when they’re not being worn can help prevent deformities or cracks from occurring in leather-based trainers. Using shoe trees with Finn Comfort shoes can also help prevent a build-up of bacterial and mould, as they allow the shoes to breath. Wooden shoe trees are recommended for the storing of Finn Comfort shoes, due to their naturally moisture-absorbing qualities.
Using a shoehorn can prevent the heel counter from becoming trodden on or bent out of shape. By fully unlacing your Finnamic comfort shoes, this also helps to prevent stretching and deforming the upper material. ShoeMed stocks a range of shoehorns in-store to help you care for your shoes.
Finn Comfort are able to repair shoes with light damage. ShoeMed offers a service allowing you to send you shoes to their Factory in Germany for repair. Please note, reparability depends on the existing damage and we cannot guarantee your shoes can be repaired. For more information on whether your shoes can be repaired, please contact your local ShoeMed store who will advise you on your options and associated costs.
In many circumstances Finn Comfort Finnamic’s can be re-soled, providing the upper is in good overall condition. For more information please contact your local ShoeMed store who can advise you on resoling and associated costs.
