YDA, also known as Your Daily Activity,  is a soft, lightweight rocker soled trainer that is ideal for both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. A spring plate in the footbed reduces the flex in the toes whilst emphasising the natural rolling motion of the foot, and the deep, wide fit allows the trainers to accommodate a wide variety of inserts - whether an orthotic or full ankle brace. Designed in Italy the shoes take on a stylish design available in Red, Black, Navy, Grey and Silver. The soft, stretchy material makes them a great fit for diabetic feet, hammertoes or any condition that may cause any kind of swelling as the seamless design will never feel tight or constricting. By default, they come with an elastic lace but a conventional set of laces is included.
