These inserts from NovaPED are the narrow variation and are designed to fit in most conventional running trainers, and are lined with a high quality microfibre to maintain hygiene and prevent bad odours. The heel features extra padding which will provide a nice cushioned feeling as we walk and run - minimising the peak pressure by absorbing the impact.
